Economist, investor and expert in real estate, development and construction investments. Graduate of the University of Economics. He participated in a number of foreign stays and internships in the USA. He graduated from the Real Estate Management program at Harvard University. He has more than twenty years of experience in construction, real estate market, development and facility management. Founder and owner of the investment and real estate group TNI group, which operates in five countries. The group's assets exceed CZK 1.5 billion. During his many years of experience, he implemented projects in the field of real estate and development in the amount exceeding CZK 3 billion.

Ing. Jakub Kořínek, MBA

Experienced investment professional with sixteen years of experience in the largest investment groups KKCG and Penta Investments. Since 2013, he has been independently engaged in residential investment and manages his own portfolio of hundreds of apartments and family houses throughout the Czech Republic. Graduate of the University of Economics in Prague and postgraduate studies at Sheffield Hallam University in England. In 2002, he passed the brokerage exams for managing client portfolios. He completed the Real estate management program at Harvard University in the USA and the investment programs at INSEAD and the London Business School. During his career, he made investments in the amount of around EUR 1 billion in the Czech Republic, Germany and Poland.
